Returns & Refunds
Please check your order when you receive it , unpack your items carefully to avoid damage to them and contact me if the item is defective, damaged or if they are the wrong products.
Due to everything being made by order and sometime even personalised, I can only refund or replace if the items were faulty or wrong.
You will be responsible for returning the item to me on a tracked courier, and if after inspection, it’s agreed that the item is faulty, I will refund you for shipping it back to me. If it is damaged because of misuse or general wear and tear, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You will receive a replacement or repaired items if possible, an exchange for an alternative product, or a refund if it’s agreed that the items were faulty.
We have a 5 days return policy, Please get in touch within 5 days if you would like to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.
Please note we can’t issue a refund and/or return because of change of mind.
For International OrdersPlease Note, if you choose a non-tracked option, once the package is with the courier, we will have NO control over it and can’t take responsibility for missed and delayed deliveries.
